After moving to Italy, I started working in a studio located in a small industrial area near Milan, on Filippo Brunelleschi Street. In fact, all the streets in the area were named after Renaissance artists. It was such a stark contrast—small signs on street signs in the deserted streets of a nearly abandoned neighborhood opened powerful portals to art, warming the heart and providing support through an invisible but powerful connection. In gratitude this project was created.
